Glitched Textures.plz help

I am having a few texture glitches like no camo on weapons even though I did equip, bowie knife base texture glitched and mp operator skins also glitched (except base/default skins). By glitched I mean either being completely white/ grey or being kinda uknow.. buggy?
Fyi I play at high texture quality, 1280x720, 70% , no antialising and shadows enabled
